Advance Directives: Making a Decision on Your Life When You Can’t

An Advance Directive is a document in which one makes provisions for their health care in case of the event that they will be unable to in the future, due to medical reasons (unconsciousness, senility, etc.). What is the moral thing for do for a Catholic in such situations?
